I was nervous shipping my brand new car from New Jersey to Michigan for the conversion, but Freedom motors made the process seamless. The transport company they used was very careful as was the Freedom motor conversion shop. Tom sent me pictures as my car was being worked on, which I appreciated the updates very much. I went with the manual ramp which is lightweight and so quick and easy to pull up and down. It is very quiet too while driving, no rattling at all. I highly recommend going with the rear access conversion they provide vs a side access conversion. I can park anywhere and easily get my daughter in and out of the vehicle in minutes without risking being trapped next to another vehicle.
